We brew Wipeout IPA for everyone- especially those hardy souls who brave the cold winter water and monster sets produced by an amazing northwest swell.
There's no hiding this West Coast IPA; as soon as you pop the top, strong hop aromas in the form of pine, grapefruit oil and sweet grass emanate from the glass. The mouth is just as assertively hoppy as the nose, but the creamy mouth with medium carbonation keeps things vibrant and from being too bitter or astringent.
